48 is not too late
Around the time my kids were graduating high school I was thinking about the next phase of life and began a mediation practice, met some new and interesting people and opened up to what was possible beyond the 9-5 corporate accounting world. I felt a pull to do something new and different and also something more meaningful.
I have known the benefits of a holistic approach to healthcare, utilizing chiropractic and massage for many years. Then in 2015 the idea of studying Massage Therapy was born and I enrolled at New York College of Health Professions {while still working full time :)}.
Since that time, in my work as a massage therapist I have witnessed many folks only paying attention to their bodies when in pain; often overworking and over-giving, living a life they think they should be living. I find many are disconnected; from themselves, from their bodies and from the natural world.
It is my desire to reconnect you to your true nature.
So with a love of learning I embarked on another journey and in 2022 enrolled in a coaching program {BodyMind Coaching}, that teaches integration of the body and mind and how listening to the subtle (and not so subtle) messages from the body can help you make decisions that will propel you forward.
